Corey Shaw is the Founder of North Star Talent and a well recognized North American talent acquisition leader.
Corey was a leader of talent acquisition for some of the largest financial services companies such as: TD Bank, CIBC, and Canada Life. Currently, Corey leads the talent acquisition area of The Co-operators Insurance Company.
Corey is a passionate, curious leader with a wide range of leadership experience focused on elevating teams and business success. He enjoys transforming people, process and technology practices by optimizing an organizations ability to attract and develop exceptional, diverse talent.
