Our Founder
Corey Shaw is the Founder of North Star Talent and a well recognized North American talent acquisition leader.
Corey has over 25 years experience leading talent acquisition progams at top organizations including TD Bank, Canada Life and Co-operators. Currently Corey is guiding Salvation Army to build their Talent Acquisition Program.
Corey is a passionate, curious leader with a wide range of leadership experience focused on elevating teams and business success. He enjoys transforming people, process and technology practices by optimizing an organization's ability to attract and develop exceptional, diverse talent.
